Brandi is the creator and curly hair specialist of B. Chanel Salon. She has been in her current location, in the University of Memphis area, for 7 years and has over 20 years of color, cut, and hair care experience. Brandi is trained and certified in multiple color systems and curly cutting techniques. She also enjoys using her knowledge to create and maintain healthy hair for the professional woman. When she is not at the salon educating and enhancing the beauty of her clients, she is spending time with her family and serving her community.
Dommerria
Dommerria has been a licensed barber and stylist for over 8 years. She loves using her clients' tresses as a canvas to highlight their unique personality and style.

Can I book services on the first appointment?
We offer specialized hair care that is tailored to YOUR needs. In order to provide you with this experience, a consultation is highly recommended. This also applies if you are considering color or extensions for your service.
Is there a deposit required for my services?
Some services like color, extensions, and textured cuts take more time to create and therefore, require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable. For instance, if you have already had a consultation for a color service and are ready to book an appointment for a particular date, you will be required to pay an initial deposit that will go towards your color service for that day. If you decide for any reason to cancel /reschedule that appointment, you will forgo the deposit for that service. If you want to change your service for that day, you will forgo that deposit for the service that was originally scheduled. It is important that you understand this policy before you decide to book an appointment. If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone or email.
Should I do anything to my hair before I come in for my first styling?
All clients are serviced from start to finish. We do not require you to shampoo your hair prior to a service; however, we strongly suggest you remove any hair ties, bobby pins, extensions, or braids that have been previously styled. Hair should be loose and free of tangles. There will be an additional fee added to your service if hair requires substantial detangling.
Is there a late policy?
We value your time and pride ourselves on providing the best experience during your visit. We ask that you give us a call if you know you will be running behind schedule. If you see that you will be more than 10 minutes late, please let us know. There will be a late fee or you'll have the option to reschedule for another day at the discretion of the stylist.
